Synopsis
When the full-scale invasion of Ukraine begins, Deputy Prime Minister Olha Stefanishyna makes an impossible choice: sending her children away to protect them while she takes charge of securing her country’s future. As Ukraine applies for EU membership, Olha becomes the face of a nation redefining its place in Europe, balancing the demands of motherhood and national leadership.
But this is not just a war for territory, it is a fight for the very existence of all European countries for generations to come, reshaping what it means to stand for democratic values in the face of aggression.
